I found your ad in the Tribune. I was impressed by the way you took notes as we viewed the rooms. I liked the way you sat and went through your evaluation and your quote was very reasonable. You took the time to fit me into your already busy schedule because you knew I had company coming. You kept me notified of everything you were doing and when. My rooms look terrific.
As you know I have MS and use a walker. You went out of your way to keep traffic areas clear for me. I couldn’t get over how late you stayed to make sure things were put back in place for me even thoug

“For many years, I’ve tried to make improvements to my condo – on a very strict budget.and usually with disappointing results. I found Kevin’s ad in our local paper and gave him a call. It was the best call I ever made! I had done a few things to my kitchen but hated each thing in the end. With Kevin’s amazing skills, my kitchen is now the most beautiful room in my condo. He installed the most gorgeous backsplash ever – covering 2 walls – and passed on his contractor’s discount on the tiles to me, saving me more than $100 for the tiles. Kevin’s work is professional from the get-go. We contacted him through a referral in order to transform a portion of our backyard green space into a flagstone patio. He was quick to respond to our email request & was punctual to meet with us to discuss the ‘vision”. He in turn contributed his “inspiration & expertise” in terms of the idea we had in mind. He gave us a detailed draft & estimate of the work to be done. He kept in mind our budget & diligently took the time to research different price points for materials.

Kevin redid my porch leading to one door and the patio area leading to the driveway and the other front door. Kevin helped with the design, the choosing of patio stones and bricks, solved problems like removing huge tree roots and was thorough in cleaning up, staying on budget and respecting time constraints so it was convenient for our family. The work looks beautiful, enhances our home incredibly and I’ve since had him back for little odd fixes and he is now redoing my laundry room.
